Sheila is a 30-year veteran of the healthcare design field, with extensive experience as a project designer, medical planner, project manager, and researcher in projects of all sizes and complexities. She continues to learn from her engagements with others in academia, the industry of healthcare delivery and design, and public safety and health. Always looking to engage with those around her, she gives back through mentoring, volunteering, and teaching.
Sheila splits her time between Omaha and Denver with her husband, Chris. When not undertaking remodel projects at home, Sheila enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling throughout the world, experimenting with new recipes, and hiking in the mountains.
I love immersing myself in a good book and listening to the soundtrack of nature. It feels like heaven when I get to do both at the same time.
