Senior Construction Administrator who enjoys the intensity of the construction site and the challenges associated with bringing our collective creations to life.

Benji has a varied architectural background, which includes single family residences to large scale institutional projects – and most building types in between. Years ago, an unexpected construction administration assignment in southern California determined the trajectory of Benji’s career. As an architect who is primarily involved in construction, he thrives on developing elegant solutions to complex problems – working alongside builders who have a passion for their craft and a willingness to engage in such a highly collaborative process. He has found this to be a truly enriching experience.

Benji is a resident of Littleton, Colorado where he lives with his wife and daughter.  Much of his free time is spent on home renovations, enjoying the fresh mountain air, and perfecting his barbecue skills.  Whenever possible, the Larance’s migrate to a remote area of Gunnison County where a rustic complex of cabins is shared with extended family.

I am a serial remodeler.  Nothing captures my attention more, or makes me happier, than a new project.
